Fitter Futures Warwickshire – Service Update 16 June 2026
Fitter Futures Warwickshire will be ending on 30 June 2026 and from the 1 July 2026 Warwickshire will transition to a new provider (ICE Creates LTD) delivering Warwickshire’s Healthy Lifestyle service.
From 16 June 2026, Everyone Health will no longer accept new referrals for adult weight management.
The new Healthy Lifestyle service has a different weight management offer. This will be delivered via a holistic health coach model and will not include Slimming World. Individual’s eligible for this service will receive 12 weeks of support.
If you would like to access adult weight management support from 1 July 2026, please complete the waiting list form (self-referral or professional referral)
In addition to the above, eligible individuals can continue to access NHS Digital Weight Management 12-week programme via referral from their GP or community pharmacies.
Who can use this service?
- Aged 18 or over and
- Registered with a Warwickshire GP or living in Warwickshire and
- A BMI of 30-49.9 (*or 27.5 when adjusted for ethnicity)
PLUS
One of any of the following:
- A high-risk health condition such as cancer, cardiac and pulmonary conditions
- Be registered with a severe mental illness
- Have a learning disability
- Pregnant, postnatal or has suffered pregnancy loss in the last 6 months
- Receive Universal Credit
- Homeless
- A care leaver
- A migrant
- In the justice system
- Be a victim of modern slavery
- Be from the Gypsy, Roma, or Traveller Communities
- Live in the top 20% deprived areas of Warwickshire – please check your postcode below
*People with a South Asian, Chinese, Other Asian, Middle Eastern, Black African or African-Caribbean family background are more at risk of heart conditions and other health conditions. Therefore, a lower BMI threshold of 27.5 is used for eligibility in these groups.
