Fitter Futures Warwickshire will be ending on 30 June 2026 and from the 1 July 2026 Warwickshire will transition to a new provider delivering Warwickshire’s Healthy Lifestyle service.

From 17 June 2026, Fitter Futures will no longer accept new referrals for adult weight management.
