Fitter Futures Warwickshire – Service Update 26 May 2026
Fitter Futures Warwickshire will be ending on 30 June 2026 and from the 1 July 2026 Warwickshire will transition to a new provider delivering Warwickshire’s Healthy Lifestyle service.
From 27 May 2026, Fitter Futures will no longer accept new referrals for smoking support.
There is a range of support you can access in Warwickshire to help you quit smoking whilst we undergo this transition:
Stop Smoking support with your GP (self-referral)
- This is a 12-week programme open to anyone aged 12+ who lives or works in Warwickshire or is registered with a Warwickshire GP or studies/works in Warwickshire
- This service provides:
- Personalised support tailored to your needs
- 12 weeks of behavioural support
- Access to NRT and stop smoking medication (18+ only)

Smoke Free App
- You can download and access the Smoke Free App if you’re aged 12+ and have a Warwickshire postcode
- You can download the Smoke Free App which offers flexible digital support including:
- 24/7 access to quit tools
- Support from a stop smoking advisor
- NRT and stop smoking medication (18+ only)
- On-demand support from your phone

Waiting list for the new service
- You can join a waiting list for the new healthy lifestyle service, launching on 1 July 2026
- It will be open to anyone aged 12+ who lives or works in Warwickshire or is registered with a Warwickshire GP or studies/works in Warwickshire
- If you choose this option:
- You will be contacted by the new provider after 1 July
- Support will begin shortly afterwards
- If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, you must complete the waiting list form
