Everyone Health, providers of Fitter Futures Awarded Highest Accolade for Support of Armed Forces Covenant

Everyone Health, a national commissioned provider of health and lifestyle services across the UK, has achieved the Gold Award in the 2023 Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) for its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.

This prestigious accolade recognises Everyone Health’s commitment to being an Armed Forces friendly organisation through its recruitment process – where they support the Guaranteed Interview Scheme to enhance employment opportunities for veterans and encourage applicants from those who have served in the Armed Forces – and advocacy work, where employees have partook in a series of endurance events, known as ‘Ultra Challenges’ and bake sales to raise vital funds for their key charity, Help for Heroes.

The Gold Award of the Armed Force’s Covenant ERS scheme acknowledges employer organisations who pledge, demonstrate, and advocate their support for the Defence and Armed Forces Community.

Everyone Health would like to thank all those who have supported them in this brilliant achievement, including all those at Defence Relationship Management, and Bruce Spencer, Regional Employer Engagement Director at East Midlands RFCA.

Martin Bell, Group CEO, has said: We are absolutely delighted that our commitment to the Armed Forces community and the health and wellbeing of all has been recognised through this award. We look forward to continuing to expand our ability to support the Armed Forces community as part of our service growth and delivery across the country.”

Head of Everyone Health, Emma Croghan-Cox, has also commented on her delight at the prestigious award: “This is a proud moment for all at Everyone Health. Achieving the Gold Award highlights the efforts of everyone across the organisation. Working to support veterans and their families, by providing access to training opportunities or finding new careers outside of the Armed Forces, fits seamlessly alongside our public health work.”

Happy group jumping
Absolutely fabulous, brilliant delivery of all information interesting and enlightening. I have learnt so much about myself, my eating habits have completely changed. I feel better, I am able to walk for enjoyment and lifestyle. My skin is brighter and i don't feel sluggish anymore.
