NHS Health Checks are a 30-minute check-up of your overall health, offered by Warwickshire GPs to individuals aged 40-74 that haven’t had a Health Check in the last 5 years. They can spot early signs of health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease and strokes. Contact your GP practice to book yours today.
